Compare·Statsig
Built for experiments, not attribution.
Statsig is built for shipping behind feature flags and reading A/B tests, and its free plan adds product analytics and session replay. It does not trace revenue to the channels that earned it, and it filters AI crawlers out instead of reporting on them.
What Statsig is
A feature flag and experimentation platform, part of Amplitude since May 2026, with product analytics and session replay built in.

Where Statsig wins.
If one of these is a must-have for you, go with them.
Feature flags and experiments
Flags and A/B tests are the core of Statsig, and its results come with advanced statistics. We do neither.
Session replay on the free plan
Statsig records up to 50,000 sessions a month for free. Our replay needs the Growth plan, which starts at 25,000 replays a month for $29.
A much bigger free allowance
Its free plan takes 2M events a month, twenty times our 100k. If volume is what you are buying, Statsig wins.
Analysis inside your warehouse
On Enterprise, Statsig can run its stats engine on the data already in your own warehouse. We are hosted only, so your events live with us.
Where Spreelytics wins.
Every line here is a page in the product today.
Marketing reports as pages
Channels and sources have pages of their own here, and so do entry and exit pages. All five UTM fields and your Search Console data sit beside them. Statsig captures referrers and UTM tags on each event, and you build the charts yourself in Metrics Explorer.
Revenue traced to channels
Payments from your provider are credited to the channels that earned them, by last-touch or linear, on every plan including Free. Statsig measures how a release moves revenue, not which channel brought the buyer.
Crawlers you can see
AI crawlers rarely run JavaScript, so we count them on your server, split into assistants, search and training. Statsig filters known bots, AI scrapers among them, out of its experiment data and does not show what it removed.
Side by side.
We leave prices out because Statsig can change theirs at any time. Ours are on the pricing page.

Moving over.
Every one of these starts by leaving Statsig running.
01
Keep Statsig for flags
Your flags and experiments stay where they are. Nothing here replaces them, so leave Statsig running.
02
Add the snippet
One script tag in your page head. Traffic and campaigns start arriving with nothing to name first.
03
Connect your payments
Connect your payment provider in Settings and pass the visitor id at checkout. Each sale is then credited to the channel that earned it.
04
Add the crawler middleware
One package and one line in your server. AI crawlers then get a page of their own, kept apart from your visitors.
FAQ
Switching from Statsig.
What people ask before they switch.
Does Spreelytics have feature flags or A/B tests?
No, neither. Flags and experiments are what Statsig does best, and we do not compete there. If you rely on them, keep Statsig for that work.
Can we keep Statsig and add Spreelytics?
Yes. Statsig can keep telling you whether a release worked. We tell you where visitors came from and which channels earned the revenue.
Statsig’s free plan takes more events. Why use Spreelytics?
If product analytics and experiments are all you need, Statsig’s free plan goes further. Ours takes fewer events, but revenue attribution and crawler tracking are in it. So is MCP access for your AI agent.
