Compare·Adobe Analytics
Enterprise depth, with an enterprise setup.
Adobe Analytics is one of the deepest analysis tools there is, and it ties into the rest of Adobe’s marketing suite. It has no free plan, and seeing one person’s history or AI crawler traffic takes another Adobe product.
What Adobe Analytics is
Adobe’s enterprise web analytics, with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) as a newer product that joins online and offline data.

Where Adobe Analytics wins.
If one of these is a must-have for you, go with them.
Eleven attribution models
Adobe offers eleven ways to share credit for a conversion. One of them, the algorithmic model, works out the split from your own data. You can compare models side by side and look back up to 90 days or a custom period. Ours is last-touch or linear.
Data from beyond the website
Customer Journey Analytics runs the same analysis tools on data from Adobe Experience Platform. Call centre and shop records can sit beside your website data in one report. Our events come from your site and your server, and we are not built to join other data sets.
Tests from Adobe Target
If you run tests in Adobe Target, the results show up in Analysis Workspace beside your other reports. We do not run experiments of any kind.
Where Spreelytics wins.
Every line here is a page in the product today.
A free plan to start on
Ours is 100k events a month, forever, with every feature except session replay and the in-app AI assistant. Adobe sells Analytics through its sales team, and it has no free plan.
One person’s history, built in
Profiles & sessions shows one timeline per person, anonymous or identified, on every plan. Adobe Analytics has no view like it. Customer Journey Analytics has one in its guided analysis.
Revenue from your payment provider
Payments from Stripe, Paddle, Polar or Lemon Squeezy arrive on their own and are traced to the channel that earned them. Revenue is not sent from the page, so there is no purchase tag to maintain.
AI crawlers in the same tool
AI crawlers almost never run JavaScript, so a page tag cannot see them. We count them server-side and sort each one by what it does with your pages. Adobe reports them in LLM Optimizer, a separate product that reads the logs from your CDN, the service that delivers your pages.
Side by side.
We leave prices out because Adobe Analytics can change theirs at any time. Ours are on the pricing page.

Moving over.
Every one of these starts by leaving Adobe Analytics running.
01
Keep Adobe running
It holds your history, and other Adobe tools may read from it. Leave the tags in place while data collects here.
02
Add the snippet
One script tag next to your Adobe tags. Traffic and campaigns arrive with nothing to name or map first.
03
Rebuild the reports you open
Start with the fallout reports and flows your team opens every week. Here they become funnels and journeys, and a funnel follows the person across visits.
04
Connect your payments
Connect Stripe, Paddle, Polar or Lemon Squeezy and pass the visitor id at checkout. Each sale then finds the channel that earned it.
FAQ
Switching from Adobe Analytics.
What people ask before they switch.
Can Spreelytics replace Adobe Analytics?
It can for some teams. If you mostly read traffic and funnels, we cover that from one script tag, and we trace revenue to the channels that earned it.
If you rely on Adobe Target, or on offline data in Customer Journey Analytics, keep Adobe. We do neither. Running both, each for its own job, is a fair end state.
What about Customer Journey Analytics?
It is Adobe’s newer analytics product. It uses the same Analysis Workspace, on data from Adobe Experience Platform. That lets call centre and shop records sit beside your website data.
It also has a timeline for one person, which Adobe Analytics lacks. Our events come from your site and your server, and every person gets a timeline on every plan.
Adobe has an MCP server too. What is different?
Less than you might expect. Both of us host an official MCP server that can read data and create things. On Adobe, an admin must give each user an MCP permission first. Ours takes one account key, and the key can do what its owner can do.
The data behind it differs more. Ours includes AI crawler traffic and revenue from your payment provider, on every plan.
