Compare·LogRocket
Made for the engineer fixing a bug.
LogRocket pairs each replay with the console and network logs behind it, so an engineer can see exactly what broke. It has no free plan, and its revenue view estimates what a funnel loses rather than which channel earned the sale.
What LogRocket is
Session replay for web and mobile apps, with error tracking and product analytics built around it.

Where LogRocket wins.
If one of these is a must-have for you, go with them.
Replay with the developer’s view
Each replay carries the console and network logs from that session, with its errors tied to it. Our replay, on the Growth plan, lists the page views, events and clicks, but no logs and no errors.
AI that finds issues
From the Pro plan up, Galileo watches sessions and surfaces the issues that hurt users. Our insights flag unusual swings in traffic, which is a different job.
Self-hosting on Enterprise
On Enterprise, LogRocket can run on your own infrastructure, so the data never leaves your network. We are hosted only.
Mobile apps
LogRocket has SDKs for mobile apps as well as the web. Our tracking is built for the web.
Where Spreelytics wins.
Every line here is a page in the product today.
A free plan, not a trial
Our Free plan covers 100k events a month, forever, with every feature except session replay and the AI assistant. LogRocket offers a 14-day trial, then paid plans.
Revenue, credited to the channel
LogRocket can put a revenue figure on the conversions a funnel loses. We credit each sale to the channel that earned it, by last-touch or linear. The payments arrive from Stripe, Paddle, Polar or Lemon Squeezy.
Traffic on its own pages
Channels and all five UTM fields are pages of their own here. Search Console data sits beside them on an SEO page. LogRocket is built around sessions and the issues in them.
AI crawlers, counted
AI crawlers almost never run JavaScript, so a script like LogRocket’s cannot see them. We count them on your server and keep them out of your visitor numbers.
Side by side.
We leave prices out because LogRocket can change theirs at any time. Ours are on the pricing page.

Moving over.
Every one of these starts by leaving LogRocket running.
01
Keep LogRocket for debugging
Your engineers still need the logs and errors beside its replays. Nothing here replaces those, so leave it running.
02
Add our snippet
Paste one script tag beside LogRocket’s. Pageviews and sessions arrive with nothing to name first.
03
Connect your payments
Link your payment provider and pass the visitor id at checkout. Each sale is then traced to the visit that led to it.
04
Add the crawler middleware
Install one package and add one line to your server. AI crawlers then show up on the Bots page, apart from your visitors.
FAQ
Switching from LogRocket.
What people ask before they switch.
Does Spreelytics record console logs or network requests?
No. Our session replay, on the Growth plan, lists a visit’s page views, events, clicks and rage clicks beside the recording, but it captures no console or network logs and tracks no JavaScript errors. If your engineers debug from LogRocket’s replays, keep it for that.
LogRocket has a trial. Is your free plan really free?
Yes. It covers 100k events a month, forever. Session replay and the in-app AI assistant are the two things it leaves out.
Can we self-host Spreelytics?
No. We are hosted only. LogRocket offers self-hosting on its Enterprise plan, so if your data must stay on your own network, it is the better fit.
Why would we run both?
They answer different questions. LogRocket shows what broke in a session. We show where visitors came from and which channel earned the sale. Running both is a reasonable end state.
