Compare·Woopra
It maps the whole journey, but only on paid plans.
Woopra builds one profile per person from your site and the other tools you use, and it can credit a conversion five different ways. There is no free plan, and the Pro plan keeps two years of data.
What Woopra is
Customer journey analytics that builds one profile per person and can act on it in other tools.

- Proprietary (open-source SDKs)
- Hosting
- Their cloud only
- Best at
- Following one customer across many tools, then acting on what they did as it happens.
Where Woopra wins.
If one of these is a must-have for you, go with them.
More ways to credit a conversion
Woopra has five attribution models. One gives recent touches more credit, and another lets you set the share for the first and last touch. Ours is last-touch or linear.
One profile from many tools
Its integrations add email and support activity to the same profile as the site visits. Our timelines show visits and events, with payments added.
Act on behaviour as it happens
Triggers can update your CRM or start an email the moment someone acts. Scheduled batches reach the people who did not act.
Where Spreelytics wins.
Every line here is a page in the product today.
A free plan, not a trial
Our Free plan covers 100k events a month, forever. It includes everything except session replay and the in-app AI assistant. Woopra offers a 30-day trial, then paid plans only.
Five years on Growth
Woopra Pro keeps two years of data, and Enterprise can keep more. Our Growth plan keeps five years, and Free keeps 13 months.
AI crawlers, counted
AI crawlers rarely run JavaScript, so a page script like Woopra’s never sees them. We count them on your server, sorted by what they do with your pages.
An MCP server for your agent
Woopra’s AI copilot lives inside its app, and its docs describe no MCP server. Ours lets Claude or Cursor query your data and build reports, with one account key.
Side by side.
We leave prices out because Woopra can change theirs at any time. Ours are on the pricing page.

Moving over.
Every one of these starts by leaving Woopra running.
01
Keep Woopra running
It holds your profiles and their history. Leave it up while new data collects here.
02
Add our script beside theirs
Both can run at once. Pageviews and sessions arrive on the next request.
03
Rebuild your key journeys as funnels
Each required step in a Woopra journey becomes a goal here. Put the goals in order and you have the funnel.
04
Pick your attribution model
Connect your payment provider, then choose last-touch or linear and a lookback window. Woopra’s first-touch and time-decay views have no match here.
FAQ
Switching from Woopra.
What people ask before they switch.
Does Spreelytics have Woopra’s attribution models?
We have two of them, last-touch and linear, over a lookback window of 1 to 90 days. Woopra also offers first-touch and time decay. It can split credit by your own rule too. If your reports depend on those, Woopra does more here.
Will my Woopra journeys look the same here?
Not quite. A Woopra journey mixes the steps you require with steps it fills in for you. Here a funnel measures the steps you name, and Journeys shows the paths people take. The two are meant to be read together.
Does Spreelytics follow people or sessions?
It follows people. In the default mode, each visitor keeps one identity across visits. Identifying them later joins their earlier history. Woopra merges anonymous activity the same way, so the idea will be familiar.
