Compare·Ruler Analytics
Best when your leads call or fill in a form.
Ruler follows each lead from the first ad click to a phone call or a form, then matches the revenue once the deal closes in your CRM. It starts with a demo, and it does not cover product questions like funnels or retention.
What Ruler Analytics is
An attribution tool that ties calls and form leads to the marketing behind them, then matches revenue from your CRM.

Where Ruler Analytics wins.
If one of these is a must-have for you, go with them.
Phone calls count as conversions
Ruler shows each visitor their own phone number, so a call can be traced to the ad and keyword behind it. Calls can be recorded too. We count events on your website only.
Revenue from your CRM
When a lead closes as a sale in your CRM, Ruler sends the revenue back to the marketing that started it. You can also upload offline sales. We read payments, and nothing from a CRM.
Marketing mix modelling
On its Advanced plan, Ruler models how each channel adds to revenue, even channels with no clicks to follow. Its AI agents then suggest how to move your budget. We do neither.
More attribution models
You can switch between rule-based models such as time decay or position-based. A data-driven model can also weigh ad impressions. Ours is last-touch or linear.
Where Spreelytics wins.
Every line here is a page in the product today.
Start free, without a demo
Our free plan takes 100k events a month, forever, with revenue attribution included. Ruler’s plans start after a demo, and the price follows your monthly visits.
Questions about the product
Funnels show where people drop off, across up to eight steps. Retention reports show who comes back each week. Ruler’s reports cover sources and leads, with no funnel or retention report.
Payments that arrive on their own
If people buy on your site, connect Stripe or Paddle. The webhook is set up for you, and each sale is traced to its channel. Ruler is built mainly for leads that close later, in a CRM.
Ready for AI apps
Our hosted MCP server lets Claude or Cursor read your numbers and build reports, on every plan. Ruler’s AI agents work inside its own app, and its site lists no MCP server.
Side by side.
We leave prices out because Ruler Analytics can change theirs at any time. Ours are on the pricing page.

Moving over.
Every one of these starts by leaving Ruler Analytics running.
01
Keep Ruler on the phones
Call tracking and CRM matching stay with Ruler. Leave both running, because nothing here replaces them.
02
Add the snippet beside Ruler’s tag
Both scripts can run on the same pages. Visits and their sources start arriving on the next request.
03
Send your form as an event
Track your enquiry form and your phone link as custom events, one call each. They then work as goals and as funnel steps.
04
See where visitors give up
Check the exit pages to find where people leave before they call or fill in a form.
FAQ
Switching from Ruler Analytics.
What people ask before they switch.
Does Spreelytics track phone calls?
No. We do not swap phone numbers or record calls. You can send a click on your phone number as a custom event, but the call itself happens outside our view. If calls bring in most of your leads, keep Ruler for that.
Can Spreelytics match revenue from our CRM?
No. We do not read your CRM. Revenue comes from your payment provider or from your own server.
If your sales close over the phone and get logged in a CRM, Ruler fits that revenue better. We fit sales that people pay for on your site.
Ruler has AI agents. What does Spreelytics have?
An assistant in the app builds reports from a plain question, on the Growth plan. Our MCP server lets your own AI app read and build too, on every plan.
Ruler’s agents plan ad budgets from its marketing mix model. Ours work on your web and product data, and they do not plan budgets.
